Energy and photovoltaics

After the successful commissioning of our first photovoltaic system Schweißzeit reported about, we decided to use further rooftops for our energy supply. Through our reliable partner, we were also able to realize this quickly and easily in July. We now have a plant capacity of 45 kWp. According to current figures, we will be able to cover 30% of our total electricity demand with self-produced electricity without using an energy storage system.
The plant is dimensioned in such a way that we consume “our” electricity directly on working days. If it is not a working day, we supply the Hamburg neighborhood with our solar power.

We continue to constantly optimize our energy consumption and use our large consumers with our own solar power whenever possible.
