XPegasus Gold HMI extends XPegasus Silver with a high performance database. It offers commissioning, operating and documenting weld data of  modules installed on your machines and callas in your plants. The XPegasus Gold HMI extends the functionalities of XPegasus Silver for process monitoring, data evaluation and archiving.

XPegasus Gold offers complete monitoring of your welding processes based on the inspectors available in your Genius modules, such as voltage, current, displacement, resistance or control stroke.

Operate, run, archive and as server client application

XPegasus Platinum contains the full functionality of the models XPegasus Silver and XPegasus Gold, extended by a server. You can thus conveniently access any module from different workstations (client PC). The server takes care of details, managing data inout and archiving your process data to the server. The up to eight client workstations can be linked to the installation. With XPegasus Platinum up to 60 weld modules can be managed.

Server/Client solution for small systems

XPegasus Compact is the small brother of XPegasus Patinum and targets customers with small to medium size productions as larger industrial production shops, automotive Tier customers.

It provides the function set as XPegasus Platinum, but limits the number of possible client workstations to three. As the full version of XPeggasus Paltinum it can be extended by our OPC UA interface. This allows to exchange data with external system. Its widely configurable to just meet your demand. Data coming through this interface can be stored in an external database.

Benefits

The XPegasus Platinum compact version offers you a clear economic advantage if the full strength of the full-fledged version is not required due to the small size of the system. However, this does not restrict any function other than reduced network capacity. In addition, XPegasus Platinum compact can be considered as an entry-level variant into the platinum functionality. If your system gets larger in the future or if you then want to integrate several systems into a cluster, the software can always be converted to the full version or subsequent license XPegasus Platin with a corresponding upgrade.

In the case of integrated production lines with several systems (typical for automotive), a higher-level PLC can be used for this, with which the component data of all subordinate systems must be reflected.

However, if you have several self-sufficient systems with different hardware and software statuses (typical for Tierl suppliers), the integration of the component data becomes too complex. In this case, a separate installation of the XPegasus Platinum Server software is required for each connected system/PLC, even if the system only contains a few inverters. However, these additional installations can be purchased as a follow-up license using an inexpensive version of the software. The subsequent license XPegasus Platinum has an unlimited range of functions and is operated in conjunction with an already installed full license. Within the site, you can integrate up to 9 additional systems with an acquired full XPegasus Platin license using such follow-up licenses.

Benefits

The license model with XPegasus Platin for follow-up licenses offers a clear economic advantage for production sites with several production facilities. In addition to the economic advantage, the server/client structure gives you much more flexibility in the system architecture, which would not be possible with the XPegasus Gold version with only local functionality.

The XPegasus Platinum version with OPC is available for flexible integration of the process data in different higher-level customer systems (up to the cloud). The proven open communication standard can be seen as the world language for industrial technology and enables machines to communicate with each other, regardless manufacturer.

The functionality of the integrated interface does not only enable the archive data to be tapped, but also transparent and extensive machine-to-machine communication
(e.g. with PLC), which provides all options in automation when designing your system architecture.

Benefits

With an OPC UA interface in the XPegasus database, you can archive the additional component-related test data, such as the measurement data from ultrasound, test cameras, etc. On the other hand, you can use it to transfer the selected archive data from the XPegasus to the higher-level central database in order to forward them to your own IT – manage concept.

Xcomand 2.1 is the turnkey solution with XPegasus in a special conguguration on a solid industrial. Its designed in a one-to-one configuration one Xcomand – one Genius module.

The special configration targets any user in rough produciton environment with the demand of high level functionality of a Genius paired with a screen also fitting operation with a wroin g glove. It allows all insights in the process as an XPegasus running on an office workstation.

The frontend (quicl start page) is configurable so that all is visible on the screen which is needed for the specific production task. The 15 inch large screen leaves many options about shall be shown.
