SiniusAC
SiniusAC is your mains frequency weld processor for mesh welding as well as for spot or projection welding tasks. SiniusAC can be used as a stand-alone system or as part of a complex installation with maximum flexibility in the design of your own user interface as part of your PLC environment

SiniusAC is available with constant secondary current regulation with one ignition output (SiniusACl) or non-regulatted with up to three ignition outputs,SiniusAC3. SiniusAC3 with three ignition outputs also allows welding with 3-phase direct current or three times induvidual single phase welds (fired at the same time).
The available fieldbus interfaces: CANopen, Profibus, EtherCAT andProfiNet electrical. SiniusAC also offers interlaced or non-interlaced cascading of up to 16 modules with up to 48 ignition outputs. All modules in the bus chain are accessible through the head module (the first one in the chain).
Along with SiniusAC you can use any power stage from the Harms & Wende portfolio running from 45 to 3700 A.
