Spare Parts

If the product has a functional impairment, we offer you the opportunity to purchase replacement parts. Contact us and we will check the availability of your product. We will be happy to send you an offer.

In order to be able to help you quickly and effectively with your spare parts request, we need some information from you. Please fill out the “Spare parts request” form. You can enter all the required information directly into the form. The fields outlined in red are mandatory. Please be sure to fill this out. Your information is required to process your spare parts request and enable smooth process.

Important: Please understand that we cannot offer you spare parts for the performance part and other areas that enable a human risk in the course of an exchange. In these cases, we refer you to a repair in our house or at one of our repair partners.
