iSpotHFG

The iSpotHFG series devices are designed for capacitor discharge welding, resistance welding for manual workstations, semi-automated small parts welding systems and soldering processes. In all applications, digital control of the variables current, voltage, power or temperature guarantees a reproducible and safe process. The high clock frequencies of the inverters (15 or 10 kHz) guarantee high control speeds, even with short welding times.

The simple and intuitive controls enable efficient and goal-oriented operation by the user. All important setting values can be edited directly and are visualized by the graphic display. This enables the user to quickly and safely enter or change the process parameters directly at the workstation or in the production line.
