Filius comes with different levels to configure the module and set parameters. Configuration parameters are protected by the USB Pen drive provided.

Data can be put in backup on the USB pen drive and also transferred between differtent modules.

Welding in the module can be called for usage by internal or external selection through 24 V IO inputs. This saves a PLC or different hardware be cut cost.

Programming is conveniently be done by the central job wheel. Spinning selects the menu or parameter – pressing confirmes (saves) the select entry

Firmware updates or function extensions can be conveniently loaded via USB pen drive.

Filius welding controllers are suitable for spot and projection applications as well as seam function with pliers and extended range of functions. our Classic version is the solution for automated welding tasks in mechanical engineering. Each schedules comes with the standard pre-, main and post current plus electrode force setting. The electrode force is then available on the poportional value output with 0 to 10 V. The Classic version always contains the IQ functionalities and other features:

• Secondary constant current regulation
• Current limit monitoring
• Up to 128 weld schedules
• Force, pressure schedules with solenoid valve/proportional valve output 0-10 V
• Upslope, linear stepper

Suitable for projection and spot weld applications as well as seam welding. Our Mono model is the entry level model coming with all required in mechanical workshops. Eight schedules accessible through internal or external seclection open a wide field of your jobs to be done. Electrode management and pre-stroke function are standard to maintain consistency of your welds.

Areas of application: for spot, projection applications as well as seam function with up to two welding fixtures. The “Multi” version is ideal for all manual welding tasks in mechanical engineering. In this configuration, it is equipped with 24 V I/O, outputs for the control of two solenoid valves and one pre-stroke valve, two analogue outputs for setting the force via proportional valves and 2×16 programmes. The “Multi” version always contains the IQ functionalities:
