TE1700C current and force measuring device
The TE1700C is a portable device for measuring the parameters of resistance welding. The use of different types of probes allows the measurement of welding current and electrode force on the electrodes.
Especially in the setup phase, this device provides all the necessary information for the correct and optimal setting of the individual welding process. Therefore, every technician should have this measuring device with him for commissioning and service. Only a measurement provides certainty whether the welding machine or a welding gun performs what is sufficient for the requirements. Corrective effects in the current setting or the electrode force can also be checked immediately. The color 5.7″ LCD touch screen display ensures accurate reading even under adverse conditions.
The displacement sensors or displacement transducers are used to monitor the electrode travel on the welding machine and are connected to the welding controller. For more accurate measurement, a high precision reference voltage source (MPS100) should be used. In addition, there is also the MPX101 calibratable transmitter.
Mains load limitation control
Line load limiting controls are the solution for sites that have a high feed demand due to the number of resistance welding units in use. Resistance welding equipment (WSE) requires high power from the line voltage supply for short periods of time.
If several WSEs are connected to one mains power supply, the welding sequences will overlap in time. The short-term peak loads on the grid supply lead to voltage dips in the supply network, flicker phenomena and higher energy costs. The mains load limitation control (NBS) controls the release of the individual devices and thus limits the power. The individual setting options for each of the maximum nine possible resistance welding units ensure that the available mains power is allocated as required.

The mains load limitation control NBS-9 is available in the UL-ready version and with an English user interface.
The HWU-3 welding transformer changeover enables two welding transformers to be operated on one MF power unit. Thus, for example, two welding tasks can be realized one after the other either by using two welding cylinders or two separate machines. A 24 V DC voltage is used to switch over to the respective channel. The switchover can be controlled from a PLC.
The HTC-ETH module is used to connect the HWl24xx and HWI28xx inverter series with EVA or IQR board set to Ethernet networks. It is recommended to install the module inside the control cabinet of the inverter. The housing of the module requires a connection to the grounding point of the control cabinet; a plug-in connection is provided on the back for this purpose.
The PQS-Res software license is used for real-time data evaluation and analysis.

The QUADRIGO master is an industrial PC for space-saving control cabinet installation for industrial applications.
The PQS software package for data recording, but also for overall system operation can be installed on the QUADRIGO master. QUADRIGO master PCs can of course also be used for other applications, such as operating the XPegasus software.
1 to 16 measuring points can be operated with the master PC.
If the device is used permanently in production, we strongly recommend the variants with built-in UPS and external battery pack.
The QUADRIGO-VISU is an industrial panel PC with Windows operating system. The PQS software package for system operation and data recording is installed on the QUADRIGO-VISU. QUADIRGO-VISU PCs can of course also be used for other applications, such as operating the XPegasus software.
We offer QUADRIGO-VISU both for mounting arm installation from below (19″) and as panel PC for installation in control cabinet fronts (15″ as well as 19″).
The QUADRIGO-VISU is available with integrated UPS concept for maximum data security. The external battery pack must then be installed in a control cabinet.
