Typical fields of application for SiniusHWI are automated systems in which resistance welding processes are used. The user interface runs on the PLC interface and can be directly adapted to the welding task. Whether you’re dealing with fast-working micro welding in a complex system or with a high-current welding task, you’ll use your own user interface on your PLC.

No training time for the user interface-thanks to your own user interface-can be customised later at any time. Fully integrated into the machine controller-PLC or separate-however you would like it.

The SiniusHWI covers the entire range of welding inverter performance classes available from Harms & Wende. The range starts at 20 kVA and can go up to approx. 7200 kVA due to the possibility of using up to four SlaveHWI inverters.
