SiniusHWI is your weld processor when it comes to automation and encapsulating your knowledge. A weld processor is a weld timer moddule which is part of your PLC installation like a servo drive or a proportional value. SiniusHWI does not comes with a standard weld cycle, its off-limits. You as integrator design your cycle to provide a solution – this is your knowledge. It makes especially sense when you copy solutions from machine to machine or from cell to cell. The user interface (HMI) is just tailored by you and shows just what is required for the current job. Its easy to integrate your name tag or customers.

Link more than one Sinius to your application as a multi-spot welder, just as needed. Use Sninus as MFDC and/or AC unit, any mix is allowed – make your solution most cost effective.

SiniusHWI MFDC units are available over the entire power range from 20 to 600 KVA, even in Master-Slave configuration. Choose the communication interface as you need  from CAN-Open through EthernetIP (Allan-Bradley typically), Profinet (Siemens typically). Ethercat (Beckofff typically).

Training for your customer is as easy as your designed interface – you know it inside out – just teach your customer – no question marks, just simple.
