The water is cooled indirectly via the integrated E3 discharge resistor on the cooling surface. The TypeLE 11 is designed for installation in closed control cabinets or machine stands. It contains two antiparallel connected thyristors with water cooling and temperature monitoring.

The LE11 power stage is designed to operate all Harms & Wende 50/60 Hz welding controllers. It does not have its own mains voltage supply transformer for synchronising the welding controller. This must be connected separately.

A particularly low-carbon and therefore high-impedance plug-in hose should be used to connect the cooling water. This hose is fitted to the heat sink connection pieces without cable clips.

Closed power stages

Field of application: Tyristor power stage for inside cabinet mounting

Power stages for space-saving installation in cabinets with air or water cooling and insulated construction with discharge resistor, thyristor control and supply transformer 27 V AC including manually-secure cover. A stable cover and the insulated cooling water circuit ensure that people and the system are protected all round.

Water stays outside! The practical water connection at the rear means that, with appropriate installation, there is no need for hose or pipe connections in the control cabinet. Leakage of cooling water into the cabinet is prevented (LE26S1, LE200).

Suitable for welding controllers of the Ratia73/43, FiliusACS, SiniusACl and MPS10 series. For installation in a housing, e.g. on the base plate, with water cooling with discharge resistor type E2 and supply transformer 27 V AC. Standard supply voltages: 230 V, 400 V, 415 V, 440 V, 500 V.

Suitable 3-phase power stages are also available for 3-phase welding controllers.
