GeniusHWI

GeniusHWI MFDC inverters come with a compact power unit and control rack. The power units maintain its size up to 2400 A max output current to safe space and easy maintanence. Maximum flexibility is achieved by using same components across power classes. PC style control boards as the CPU and welding board are a streaight continuation. GeniusHWI series inverters are available in air-cooled and water-cooled versions depending on power class and load. Combining the welding controller hardware with powerful defined software the inverters does what you need him to do. Of course the packagews are ready to upgraded any time when you need it. Sarting with the basic version, it records the last ten resistance, current and voltage curves which are visualized to enable targeted process analysis.

Higher outputs can be achieved with our GeniusHWI3×40, GeniusHWI3×45 and GeniusHWI 3×60 inverters. In addition, several welding transformers can be operated simultaneously with one controller by means of a master-slave connection.

Remark: The x in GeniusHWH3x40 stands for the mains supply version.
