TOP 100-Award

2023 was a very special year for Harms & Wende due to the TOP 100 Innovator award. But the award is one thing, continuing to implement and stay on the ball is another. Even 77 years after the company was founded, we not only see that tradition is an obligation, but that such an award is also an incentive to continue working hard and purposefully on innovations for even better solutions in joining technology and the related field (and to find them). We see ourselves as committed to innovation, so to speak. After all, as the saying goes: if you rest, you rust.

You can see the innovations for yourself by reading the welding time and our new product catalogs, whether it’s the IQflex control system for spot welding, the HSC mode for projection welding or the new Rotus system for friction welding. You could also read that we are working very actively on research projects with partners from universities and other industrial sectors. In addition to the active work of our application technology directly with our customers on specific welding tasks and challenges, the foundations are being laid for future innovations.

You can look forward to seeing what we have on the agenda for even more efficient and sustainable joining. Next year, 2024, will showcase these innovations.
